Nutrition Essentials is designed by EC Synkowski, founder of OptimizeMe Nutrition.

She has extensive education in the life sciences with a BS in biochemical engineering, a first MS in environmental sciences (with a focus in genetics), and second MS in Nutrition & Functional Medicine. EC has also trained others since 2000 and is a Certified CrossFit Level 4 Coach (CF-L4). Her professional experience includes working as a Program Manager for CrossFit Inc (2011-2017) authoring and implementing their course materials.

She has accumulated more than 600 hours of public speaking teaching fitness and nutrition all over the world, including at TEDx. With more than 20 years of experience and academic training, EC presents the evidence-backed scientific data in a digestible way, combined with practical solutions that work in real-life.

It’s a 6-week online, on-demand (you start when ready!), and interactive program. Over the 6 weeks, you’ll get 17 videos with 120 minutes of content that is a mix of the practical how-to and the scientific rationale for why (explained in a down-to-earth way!).
