We are a few days in and it is a good time to make sure you know what food items do and do not count towards your 800 grams. What about olives? Potatoes? French fries? Quinoa? Check out the sheet below.
In addition, be sure you understand the scoring:
• Scores of 2 or 3 are not possible, because you ONLY receive the diversity and bonus points IF you first hit 800 grams. OnRamp will prompt you to first answer whether you hit 800g.
• OnRamp only allows a 24-hour delay to log points. This means you can enter Monday’s points on Monday and Tuesday, but not Wednesday (or later).
