Week 1 of the #800gChallenge® – Rule Reminders

We are a few days in and it is a good time to make sure you know what food items do and do not count towards your 800 grams.

In addition, be sure you understand the scoring! Scores of 2 or 3 are not possible, because you ONLY receive the diversity and bonus points IF you first hit 800 grams.
